Text:1 samuel 5:1-12,acts 11:21
The hands of God is a very important personality of God and its not just a playing matter but a serious matter.
Just like our human hands are very useful so also the spiritual hands of God is very useful either for judgement or for deliverance.. According to the bible we shall see some manifestations of the hands of God.
1.Judgement: In the book of 1 samuel 5:1-12,after the ark of God was taken away from israel by the philistines, we see that the hand of God was heavy on the men of ashdod,gath of the philistines for judgement and destruction and they saw the wrath of God. they did not see peace until they returned the ark of God back to God’s people. References: exodus 9:3,deuteronomy 2:15,joshua 22:31,judges 2:1-15,psalm 75:8, acts 13:11
Prayer: whatever your enemy has stolen from you that is a sign of God’s glory,gift,joy,blessing and inheritance. the hand of God will be strong on your enemy that they will have no choice than to return them back to you because the Lord will fight for you and forgive you your sins.
2. In 1 samuel 7:13 we see that the hand of the Lord was against the philistines during the time of samuel as judge of israel and the philistines feared to attack them…the hand of God could be a defense for his children.
Prayer: ruth 1:13,lord God please don’t let your hands be against me..In Jesus mighty name. Amen
3. 2 chronicles 30:12. The Hand of God gives people strength to obey his will and commandments or instruction. the hand of God is always responsible for a revival.(Acts 11:21) 1 samuel 12:15 the hand of the lord works with his children when they are in obedience and against them when they are in disobedience.
4.the hand of God test and trains us. according to Job 2:10,19:21 we see that job was tested and he knew the hand of God was involved. As long as we are right with God we trust him through the good and bad times and always see challenges as the hand of God to take us to the next level.
5.The hand of God teaches us, job 27:11..the hands of the earthly teacher is very important,the hands makes gestures,writes on the board,draws and many others,so also the hand of God teaches us what we need to know through his Holy Spirit. Its difficult to see an earthly school employ a handless teacher to teach her pupils.
6.Welfare and food;according to ecclesiastes 2:24,it is from the hand of God that we have assurance of eating and drinking and have a food reward for our labour. References: joshua 4:24,isaiah 41:1-29
7.The security and works of the righteous and the wise are in the hands of God.. In. The book of ecclesiastes 9:1. So as long as you know you are a righteous of God then have no fear that your life and works are safe in his hands,just like a child is safe in her mothers’ hands.
8. 1 peter 5:6 under the hand of God is humility and meekness and when you tend to go above it is pride which leads to destruction..beware of pride because it always leads to a great shameful fall.
9. The hand of the Lord gives unusual strength for exploit,spiritual manifestation of God’s gift,power and speed. We see a good example in 1 kings 18:46 where elijah ran faster than a horse and came to the entrance of jezreel ahead of king ahab when the hand of the Lord came upon him. References 2 kings 3:15-18,ezekiel 1:1-28,3:14,ezekiel 8:1-18,luke 1:66
10. The hand of the Lord takes you to your place of meeting with God. We see in ezekiel 3:22-24 the hand of the lord that was on ezekiel led him to the place where the lord will speak to him…
10. The hand of God has a good side of giving favour and restoration without limits either from God or from man..according to ezra 7:6 we see that ezra the scribe in captivity enjoyed favour from the king because the hand of the Lord was upon him. Ezra 7:28 references: proverbs 21:1,isaiah 62:1-12
Prayer: I pray for you reading this message that the hand of the Lord shall favour you in every dimension of your life,ministry and destiny. In Jesus mighty name..Amen Jesus is Lord and Saviour

Too Hot To Handle

Too hot to handle

I got this inspiration when I remembered how I used to hold the lead inside a pencil and put the tip of the lead inside the fire of a candle…within seconds it becomes too hot to handle yet you won’t see any fire and it won’t burn…
When you connect to Jesus christ you are connected to the fire of God and you transmit the heat and that makes you too hot to handle by the devil..
When you are connected to God then the fire of this world can do you no harm,we learn from the three hebrew boys who were thrown into fire by king nebuchadnezzar for refusing to bow down to a graven image..the fire of the fiery furnace was heated seven(7) times more. Yet the fire was too hot to handle yet it slew the men that took them up to the fiery furnace and did the three hebrew boys no harm and they did not smell of fire and God came down to meet them.. Daniel 3
When you are too hot to handle,your wisdom will be difficult to resist,we see a good example from king solomon was tested by two harlots about two babies,one dead and alive and he had to give the living baby to his true mother. 1 kings 3.
Our Lord Jesus was too hot to handle by the pharisees and sadducees whenever they tempted him to put him in to test.. Matthew 22:15-46.
Our Lord Jesus has given us power to be too hot to handle by serpents and scorpions,and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall hurt us because we are going to be too hot to handle luke 10:19

Jeremiah 3:15 tells us that the Lord gives his people pastors or ministers according to his hearts, who shall feed his people with knowledge and understanding.
If you are a pastor or minister of God(holy minister) then you have been chosen by God himself then you have to feed the souls tied to your ministration with the living word of Jesus Christ alone.
Many minister are teaching earthly things and using the word of God as a cover-up for their ministers…I call them motivational speaker pastors…
So ask your pastor today that is he doing what jeremiah 3:15 says or not? If he is not then run for your life so you don’t end up in hell and destruction. You a pastor of God,ask yourself are you working according to the heart of God? Save your soul today…wisdom is not common to all

Admonition 171115 No pain,No gain
No pain,no gain..as it is popularly said…
In the race of life from birth to death..every human must pass through a form of pain that either ends in joy or sorrow.
In the real sense,its not every pregnant woman that passes through the pain of labour in child birth that ends up with the joy of a child, some women lose their babies some mothers even lose their lives….I pray for someone here today that the pain you pass through shall never lead to sorrow or premature death.
Its not on the pain you face today that you should focus on but the glory of the future..
An athlete does not become a winner by just luck but through the pain of sacrifice,discipline and hardwork,practice which leads him to a glorious end..philippians 3:14
I pray for someone here today that where you have endured a lot and put yourself under hardwork for a desired goal or task and yet you are robbed of your trophy or crown..the angels of God shall fight on your behalf and recover all your entitlements for you today..In Jesus Name…Amen.
Ministers of the gospel in this generation are in trouble because they have made people believe that christianity is all about prosperity,riches and fame but forget that there is the persecution,suffering,poverty,perseverance and tribulation part of christianity and that if you are faithful to the end you will reap the fruit and gain. Acts 14:22 please read…and 1 timothy 6:7-12,2 timothy 4:5,
I remember that the top ministers of the likes of pastor adeboye, oyedepo and kumuyi and many others had to sacrifice a lot inorder to accept their call into the ministry and they passed through some pain inorder to get to the position they are now. So when comparing yourself to likes of them; you also ask yourself :can I pass through the pain they passed through and can I sacrifice what they let go inorder to have this gain they have now?
The main reason why there is a high rate of ritual killings for money,position and fame today is because people don’t want to pass through the pain of hardwork,patience to make wealth or become famous instead they want to have money at all cost even at the expenses of human souls.
The youths today don’t want to work or be patient to work and burn the midnight oil inorder to be a better person but instead want to live life on the fast lane like music,yahoo(419) fraud,runs-girls.e.t.c
Law of No pain,No gain: that is a law on earth that does not respect religion whether as a christian,unbeliever.. And that is why many people don’t know the value of the things they have. A woman who was barren for many years will know the value of a child that’s why a woman who aborts her baby does not know the value of the life of her baby.
Hear this if you are a special vessel in the hands of God then you must past through the pain experience or wilderness experience inorder to get to your place of gain or glory..david had to pass through this stage through the hands of saul for many years,even after he was anointed king by prophet samuel.. 1 samuel 18-31
Another example is brother Joseph who passed through this experience as a slave and prisoner in egypt inorder to become the prime minister of egypt.. Genesis 37-43.
Even our Lord and saviour Jesus christ had to endure pain,shame and poverty on the cross because of the gain of the future and for our victory. Hebrews 12:2.
The best way a mother can destroy the life of a child is to shield the child from all the challenges of this life, it is the challenge we pass through that brings out the best in us.
Therefore brethren I also want to address a point here that some powers are out there to make sure people go through pain without any gain..they work as curses,monitoring spirits,ancestral powers,household idols,but good news: Jesus has come to save us all from the powers that deny us gain after pain. John 8:36
Accept Jesus Christ today so that you can have your pain,challenges,experiences converted to gain,victory and glory…if any man dies without Jesus Christ in his life irrespective of the fact that he lived all his life in pain and sorrow..there is no gain for him here on earth and in the afterlife.. 2 corinthians 5:17. No person is worthless (part 1)
Who is a person? What does it mean to be worthless?
A person is any living soul, a human being with a life and a soul..
What does it mean to be worthless? Something that is worthless is something with no value or has no worth.
When God created man genesis 1:26-28,man was in the image and likeness of God and made to have dominion over the earth and the things in it.
Man lost the dominion to the devil in the garden of eden to the devil when adam and eve sinned.genesis 3 and that was when man felt what it meant to reduce in worth.
In matthew 4:8-9, when Jesus was tempted by the devil,the devil made a statement which was true and Jesus did not argue with him. He said if Jesus would bow to him at least once,he would give him all the kingdom and glory of this world. Thank the Lord Jesus overcame that temptation. The truth is many feel worthless that’s why they bow to the things of this world and pleasures of this world.
Jesus came back to restore the worth we once had in God on the cross of calvary so that we can be precious and perfect once again. Read galatians 4:1-9.
Its even funny to understand that those who give birth to disabled babies or children with syndromes still know their worth even when they are still not normal like the others.
Ever from the time of old, the law of God revealed by moses to israel and the gentile nations,God did not for once tell them to maltreat slaves,women or foreigners. Exodus 20:10,exodus 21,leviticus 25,deuteronomy 5,
If you are a parent,especially a mother, know that your housemaid is not worthless you will treat them better..you have forgotten that the lives of your family is in the hands of your maid..so when you treat them badly they take revenge on your children and husband or wife.
Every living soul is equal before God whether rich or poor,white or black,fat or thin,intelligent or dull,jew or gentile..and we know that God is no respecter of anybody. Acts 10:34,1 peter 1:24,job 14:15. Jesus is Lord and Saviour

Good morning friends and family, hear the word of the Lord as I read from lamentations 3:22-23. It is by the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed and because his compassion fails not. The mercy of the Lord is made new every new morning we see and his faithfulness is great towards us.
This is not a time to reflect on past victories but new victories to be won and be thankful because we are numbered among the living.
There is no problem without an expiry date but also there is no living person without a problem. Jesus is the only person who gives us the strength to fight and defeat the problems of our lives.
Be thankful today and see what the Lord will do for you.

Music: the power of music affects your emotion, way of thinking, many claim no to worship the devil but they worship those that worship him…u say u don’t worship the devil but u say u like jay-*,bey*****,Rih**** e.t.c. you say u just like to dance and get dirty…music is one of the most effective tools the devil is using to populate his kingdom…many so called christian musicians put on ear-rings, weave their hair, wear tattoos and say they are worshipping/praising God….be careful because the devil will do anything to take your soul…remember Guard your heart at all times…God will not judge you based on ignorance hosea 4:6…Be careful and the Lord will open our eyes to see more of Him in our lives….
