Has your hardwork paid?
Text: psalm 127:2,john 19:30,galatians 3:13,1 corinthians 3:8
In this world of ours,hardwork is very important to becoming a respected personality in our society..
In the beginning it was not the will of God that man should toil or suffer without remuneration before he can survive Genesis 2:15 but sin and disobedience to the instruction of God in the garden of eden brought about the issue of hardwork,labour,curses Genesis 3:17-19.
Whether you are a christian or not,you must work before you eat or you work for others to eat,God laid the principle of hardwork himself on adam and all mankind had to continue through this, thank God he himself became the solution to this issue of hardwork with suffering in the form of Jesus Christ who came to give us grace to have our hardwork paying because he finished it on the cross of calvary. John 19:30,galatians 3:13
I want to say that regarding the factor of hardwork the older generation is far better than the younger generation..young people today don’t want to work or pass through the challenges of hardwork and patience to become a respected person in life.
Come to think of it: Has your hardwork actually paid off? Meaning are you reaping the fruit of their labour?
In the bible we read psalm 127:2 we see that many are hardworking yet have nothing to show off for the hardwork..it is vain to rise up early,sit up late,
Many people who are hardworking,wake up early, work for long hours and multiple jobs simultaneously but yet they can’t eat in peace and they can’t tell what they have achieved in a year. It is not the will of God that we cannot have savings or assets in our journey through life.
Prayer: Lord Jesus help me to be able to give account for all my years of toiling and hardwork..don’t let me eat the bread of sorrow.
As christians let’s think this through,in this first month of the year 2016,are we going to do things the way we have been doing it years back and sometimes don’t get rewards,made costly mistakes that could be avoided,made wrong choices or we plan and pray that this year must be productive for me whatever the outcome.
Many are hardworking when they want to do evil, revenge and they get their desired result,but when they want to work for things that will benefit them they always fail or give up. If you fall into this group of people you have to ask the Lord to give you a new heart and spirit because if you don’t, it will only make you worse or eventually destroy you.
Many people spend larger proportion of their time praying for their enemies to die or be destroyed but they find it difficult to be even spend just 30minutes praying for themselves..matthew 5:44-46.
imagine hardworking in praying for enemies to die but lazy in praying for oneself to prosper. That is why you notice that your enemies are sometime getting fatter,chubby and happier while you are thin and sad…in summary: concentrate on praying for you enemies and for God to change your enemies.
Prayer: Lord help me to say prayers that will benefit and make me the wonder you want me to be in Jesus Christ..Amen
Many worked hard and toiled all day and night but they don’t get to enjoy what they laboured for..we live in an evil generation where the pension of the older generation are embezzled and misappropriated and there is no punishment for those involved. Many have worked hard but their benefits stolen from them…
Prayer: Lord Jesus please make me reap the rewards of my years of hardwork when am old,don’t let me be robbed of it and don’t let me die before my time of reward..Amen
The only way you can have your hardwork to pay is by accepting Jesus christ as your Lord and manager of your life..Jesus knows your beginning,present and end perfectly so get connected to him for a smooth journey. He is the only guarantee you need to have a good time and rewarding future. psalm 58:11
Hear this: if you don’t plan to work you will plan to fail so being hardworking without planning is dangerous and you must ensure you are not at the same level within a year timeframe both spiritually and physically.
In the world we live in the more successful you become,the more enemies you make so for your hardwork to pay you need Jesus only to be safe,if you are successful and you join the occult for protection or power to sustain yourself,your hardwork will not pay you instead you will end up in hellfire without any gain. Matthew 16:26,mark 8:36
Many are hardworking in the wrong occupation and this has made many people to lose their rewards or lived a useless life. We see a good example of prophet jeremiah who was a priest but God ordained him to be a prophet from the womb. Jeremiah 1:1,5.
If jeremiah was a priest without the intervention of God he would have lived a non-fulfilled life and without any applause from God when he finished his course…
Apostle peter was a fisherman who was hardworking but he did not have any thing to show for his hardwork until the Lord Jesus showed his true occupation to win souls for God and he lived a fulfilled life. matthew 4:18-19.
Prayer: Lord Jesus make me hardworking in the my divine calling and profession,don’t let me waste my time and energy on the wrong profession or job.
The reason why many africans don’t have their hardwork paying off is also because they envy others who are successful like them and don’t want others to be as successful as them and this is causing the unnecessary competition and spiritual attacks. isaiah 40:10
One of the benefits of being a true born-again christian is that you will have Eternal rest after our years of toil here on earth. a christian has a double reward for his hardwork,both here on earth and in heaven. John 14:1-3,matthew 11:28-30. philippians 1:21-23.john 3:3-7. Jesus is Lord and Saviour

No person is worthless (part 1)
Who is a person? What does it mean to be worthless?
A person is any living soul, a human being with a life and a soul..
What does it mean to be worthless? Something that is worthless is something with no value or has no worth.
When God created man genesis 1:26-28,man was in the image and likeness of God and made to have dominion over the earth and the things in it.
Man lost the dominion to the devil in the garden of eden to the devil when adam and eve sinned.genesis 3 and that was when man felt what it meant to reduce in worth.
In matthew 4:8-9, when Jesus was tempted by the devil,the devil made a statement which was true and Jesus did not argue with him. He said if Jesus would bow to him at least once,he would give him all the kingdom and glory of this world. Thank the Lord Jesus overcame that temptation. The truth is many feel worthless that’s why they bow to the things of this world and pleasures of this world.
Jesus came back to restore the worth we once had in God on the cross of calvary so that we can be precious and perfect once again. Read galatians 4:1-9.
Its even funny to understand that those who give birth to disabled babies or children with syndromes still know their worth even when they are still not normal like the others.
Ever from the time of old, the law of God revealed by moses to israel and the gentile nations,God did not for once tell them to maltreat slaves,women or foreigners. Exodus 20:10,exodus 21,leviticus 25,deuteronomy 5,
If you are a parent,especially a mother, know that your housemaid is not worthless you will treat them better..you have forgotten that the lives of your family is in the hands of your maid..so when you treat them badly they take revenge on your children and husband or wife.
Every living soul is equal before God whether rich or poor,white or black,fat or thin,intelligent or dull,jew or gentile..and we know that God is no respecter of anybody. Acts 10:34,1 peter 1:24,job 14:15. Jesus is Lord and Saviour
