Admonition and prayers

Happy Sunday and enjoy the peace of God in your life and your family.
I pray for you today that God of Heaven and Earth shall replace your sorrow with Joy,anguish with laughter,shame with glory,lack with plenty,sickness with good health and prayerpoints with testimonies.
You are not permitted to suffer shame or reproach because you belong to Jesus,who has given you victory over all things. Colossians 2:14-15
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Be blessed and we win with Jesus.

How much is your value and worth?
One basic currency in life that determines the extent to which people will treat you is your value.
In the simplest definition,value means the quality(positive or negative) that renders something desirable or valuable.
You cannot compare the value of gold to silver,gold has a more processing cost than silver. They are both precious but one has more worth than the other. One is common the other is rarely acquired.
Prayer: Lord Jesus,make me a rare example of progress and success to my generation. Let my challenges and trials remove the cross in my gold.
From the definition above something,somebody could have a positive value or a negative value.
Prophet David made me know in psalm 139 verse 14 that I am a marvelous finished work of the hand of God,fearfully and wonderfully made.
This tells us our value before God whether infant or adult,abled or disabled,rich or poor. Genesis 1 verse 26 tells me that I am made in the image of God and he has given me dominion over all the earth and its inhabitant.Hallelujah.
Our Lord Jesus Christ came to remind and sustain the quality of my value in God’s sight in the gospel according to Matthew 6:25-31. Are you not better than they?
You are so valued before God that he could not resist himself from sending his Word and Son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for your sins and mine too..John3:16-17.
You could be a firstborn in a family and be valued less compared to the last born.
You could be housewife and your maid is of more value than you.
You could be a graduate and a street thug is of more valued than you are?
Prayer: Lord Jesus,in any way I have lost my value that has made me not to be cherished where I should be,restore my value now and give me confidence In Jesus name,Amen.
Many at times we put our values on the wrong things like money,job,sex,fame,degree,beauty and other criteria.
The first thing to know is that your value before God will never change but the real problem is that we don’t think of ourselves of people with value, be conscious of yourself as a person of inestimable value then others will.
In 2017,for you to be proud of yourself by the end of the year(God willing) you must develop your value.
I will talk about two types of value,the spiritual value and the physical value,you need both to have a balanced value/worth system.
For the physical value,you must develop yourself continuously by investing your time wisely into reading, studying and getting trained. You can never be disadvantaged when you are educated. Knowledge is power and ideas rule the world today.
You cannot spend all your time sleeping,watching movies,series and clubbing and expect your value to increase. Never is it possible.
We all have 24hours in a day to increase our value so the amount of time we have in a year to increase our value becomes:
24 hours(1 day) * 365(1 year)= 8,760 hours.
We are required to sleep for an average of 8 hours regularly per night,it could be less or more :
8hours * 365(1year) =2,920 hours in a year
So the amount of hours it would take to increase value becomes: 8,760 hours – 2,920 hours =5,840 hours in a year.
Since 24hours = 1 day
Therefore 5,840 hours will be 5,840/24 = 243.3 days.
Therefore you have two-third of the whole year to develop your physical value. No excuse not be be valued in your expertise this year 2017.
Checkmate: Make,sure you have acquired more value in 2017 than you did in 2016, either it stay the same or increases,it must not dwindle.
An educated plumber and an uneducated plumber will be incomparable with ideas and boundaries reached and customers to be serviced,even his pricing will be different. Get educated on your area of expertise.
Associate with the right and wise people in your industry,you cannot be an engineer and be in the association of lawyers..it can’t work. Proverbs 13:20.
One aspect of physical value that has been eroded in the African nation is mentorship and tutorship.. Many at times we don’t pass our values and worth to the younger generation coming after us that is why values are not successive in families or societies in Africa.
The quick money syndrome has made our people short-term valued that is why within a space of 5 – 10 years they are redundant in value and worth.
Apostle Paul in his admonition to timothy in 2 timothy 2:15 admonished timothy to be approved unto God and even before people.
So therefore for your physical value or worth is not negotiable,you must invest your time,money,resources and energy in developing your worth and value.
Listen to this,don’t sell your CV to employers or investors,instead show your value and worth so you can dictate the arena.
Secondly,we have the spiritual worth,this is even more important and necessary for a human being.
Like I said your worth in the sight of God is constant and unchanging but how is your worth in the spirit realm.
Reading acts 19:11-17 we see that apostle paul was of great value and worth in the spirit realm where even evil spirits knew his worth in the spirit realm and confessed it to the seven vagabond sons of sceva.
How do you increase your spiritual worth or value.
The first step is to surrender your life to Jesus Christ,any other way is false,temporary and misleading.
Second invest your time on praying and fasting,reading the word of God,fellowshipping with the believers.
Jude 20,gives us a step as beloved to build ourselves on our most holy fail,praying in the Holy Ghost. You need to learn to pray according to the leading of the Holy Ghost,the executive member in the trinity.
Lastly don’t take spiritual warfare for granted,the enemy is still in the business of stealing virtues carelessly handled. Matthew 13:25.
Your spiritual value or worth makes you more respected spiritually than your physical value or worth.
Have a balanced physical and spiritual value and worth,just like a balanced diet. Daniel is a perfect example of a balanced valued person.
Reading the book of Daniel we sight several instances where daniel was valued and highly of greater worth both spiritually and physically by the kings and rulers of his time.
In Daniel 1:17-20, we read that Daniel and the three Hebrew boys were outstanding to the king in matters of wisdom and understanding; ten times better when compared to all the magicians and astrologers in the realm. C.f Daniel 5:11-13.
Daniel 4 we read the spiritual worth of Daniel where he revealed the forgotten dream of Nebuchadnezzar with its meaning.
In Daniel 5,we read that Daniel also revealed the writing on the wall for king Belshazzar, it was the queen who knew the worth of Daniel that referred the king to meet Daniel for a solution. Verse 10.
In Daniel 6, we read of an account where the king could not sleep because he could not afford to Lose Daniel in his kingdom and this is where his spiritual worth played a significant impact on his life. Daniel never joked or politicized his spiritual connection to God through prayers.
There are numerous other examples like David,Abraham,job,Jacob,Isaac,Solomon,Ezra,Nehemiah,Elijah,Peter,John,timothy and many more.
Therefore you need to have faith and confidence and never take pride in yourself and don’t waste your time and resources on irrelevant things and issues.
Make 2017 and beyond count and recover all your lost values and worth both physically and spiritually.

Victory

God is a God that never accepts defeat, he concluded victory over the enemy of our soul the devil and his fallen angels by giving His son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins and the redemption of mankind to God..1 john 5:4 for whosoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith…the born of God here is not talking about sinners and ordinary human beings but it is talking of people who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour of their lives..since creation this is the only victory the world knows and has been revealed by God..I call it divine proven victory…
