Resisting the devil out of your home: Admonition
Before you can fight the devil and succeed is when you first drive him out of your home with prayer,and authority of the Word of God in Faith.
It is an endless battle to fight the devil in your home when he is not driven out,he will use the members of your family to fight against you.
A home that has a personal relationship with God through a family devotion and living godly examples to others will drive the devil out whether he likes it or not.
According to James 4:7, we are told to first submit to God,secondly resist the devil and then he will flee from you.
The problem we have here is that many fail and refuse to submit to God,but want the devil to flee from them when they resist him. You cannot resist the devil and expect him to flee from you when you have not submitted to God.
The secret is When you submit to God,he then dwells inside of you and the devil sees God inside you and flees from you because of God inside of you.1 John 4:4,1 corinthians 3:16-19.
It is whosoever that lives in you that will fight for you in the day of battle: some its the devil,others themselves(pride) and lastly Christ Jesus(God). The question is who lives inside of you?
when the devil dwells in your home,he would set confusion into your household,cause hatred and unforgiveness,divorce and separation,envy, greed,adultery and others not mentioned but when Jesus lives in the home then he brings unity,love,peace,healing and others not mentioned,Our God loves a godly home for his children(A Promise).
Therefore brethren push the devil out of your home like he was pushed out of the home of God out of heaven because of his rebellion and coup to take over from his Lord and Master Jehovah; luke 10:18,Job 1:6-7.
The only way to have peace in your home is to cast out the enemy and lift up Jesus in your home. John 12:31-32(applied).
The Home touches every sector of the economy:workplaces,markets,hospitals,religious institutions, government, schools ,most importantly your home can affect where you will spend eternity if you are not careful. Hebrews 12:14
It is time to wage war against the devil in your homes,command him to get out,don’t leave the home empty but invite Jesus into your home,I ensure you,nobody invites Jesus into his home and regrets it;matthew 12:44-45
I pray for those in family crisis,spouse rebellion,spiritual attacks,I pray that the Lord of peace shall restore peace unto you.In Jesus Name,Amen
Now you cannot chase the devil from your home when you took another person’s husband or wife. You are a thief and the devil is the father of thieves.
You cannot chase the devil from your home when you took your bestfriend fiance by trick or charm,the devil will be your father in law.
You cannot chase the devil out of your home when you used another man’s pregnancy to hold your husband down into marriage. The devil will just be laughing at you if you don’t confess and restitute your actions.
You cannot chase or resist the devil out of your home if you are unfaithful to your spouse. it would be an effort in futility.
God does not build anything on lies or unfaithfulness,check your marital foundations so you can stand in authority to resist the devil.
You cannot be disrespectful to your husband and expect the devil to flee from you when you resist him,don’t you know the Head of the woman is the man,Ephesians 5:22-26,colossians 3:18-19.
Read 1 peter 3:1-13 in conclusion,I pray that your prayers shall not be hindered,In Jesus Name.Amen Jesus is Lord and Saviour

Prayer point for today 05072016
We shall take our reference verse from James 4:6-8
1. God resists the proud but give grace to the humble(james 4:6),therefore if you are proud God will resist you automatically but if you are humble,he will give you more grace. 2. Lord give me grace and strength to submit to you all the days of my life.
3. God will not resist the devil for us but has given us the power and authority to resist the devil through Jesus Christ. Lord Jesus whenever I resist the devil,let him always flee from me. Amen
4. Lord as I draw near to you,please draw near to me too. With you on my side I can never be afraid or fearful.
5. Lord if I am double minded,please purify my heart with the blood of your only begotten son Jesus Christ and cleanse my hands. James 1:8 says a double minded man is unstable in all his ways 6. Lord draw near to my family and preserve us from all evil and destruction.
